Where we ship We ship worldwide.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery.
Shipping cost We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track it anytime at everelleco.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Customs & import duties For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Wrong or undeliverable address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
