30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, the device must not be damaged or excessively used.
How to start a return Email contact@everelleco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable situations Returns requested after 30 days, or items returned damaged due to misuse, may not be eligible.
